A More Inclusive Approach to Prenatal Yoga Education
Traditional prenatal yoga trainings often center a narrow narrative of pregnancy—one that does not reflect the full spectrum of identities, bodies, and lived experiences.
This training is intentionally designed to expand that narrative.
You will learn how to support all individuals who experience pregnancy—including those who identify as non-binary, trans, or gender-expansive—through language, teaching, and care that is respectful, trauma-informed, and inclusive.
This is not only about learning what to teach. It is about learning how to teach in a way that creates safety, trust, and belonging.
