Meet Iraimer Ruiz

Iraimer Ruiz is a private wellness practitioner, Ayurvedic chef, and longevity consultant known for her highly personalized, integrative approach to health. She works with a select number of clients as a single, trusted partner—guiding every dimension of their wellbeing, from nutrition and movement to nervous system regulation and long-term vitality.

Her work is rooted in what she has developed as The Sacred Movement Method—a comprehensive approach to health that unifies the body, nourishment, and the nervous system into one cohesive, results-driven practice.

This method was not created in theory. It was forged through experience.

After years of navigating severe asthma and chronic respiratory challenges, enduring physical injuries from a professional career in ballet and modern dance, and moving through periods of emotional trauma that led to deep disconnection from her body, Iraimer was forced to rebuild her health from the ground up.

Through this process, she recognized a critical gap: most approaches to wellness treat the body in parts—nutrition, movement, or mental health—rather than as an integrated system.

Her response was to develop a method that tends to the entire human experience—where each aspect of the self is consistently supported, deeply nourished, and intentionally regulated so that the body, mind, and spirit can function in alignment.

Today, her private practice reflects this philosophy.

Working at a highly individualized level, Iraimer integrates the science of Ayurveda, somatic healing, breathwork, yoga, and longevity-based nutrition to create tailored protocols that support metabolic health, nervous system resilience, recovery, and sustained energy. Her clients often experience measurable shifts in sleep, digestion, stress regulation, and overall vitality as a result of this integrated approach.

Central to her work is her relationship to food as medicine.

As an Ayurvedic chef, Iraimer approaches nourishment not only through nutritional science, but through intention. Drawing from the principle of prasadam—food prepared with presence, devotion, and care—she redefines eating as a daily ritual that has the power to restore, regulate, and energize the body. From metabolic health to cognitive clarity, her culinary work is designed to serve as a foundational pillar of long-term wellbeing.

Over the past decade, Iraimer has refined this work through both her personal healing journey and her experience serving a wide range of private clients.

This evolution led to the creation of The Sacred Movement Academy—the educational branch of her work—where she trains practitioners in yoga, breathwork, and Ayurveda to build their own integrated, high-touch wellness practices. The Academy is designed for those who not only want to live this way, but to guide others in doing the same.
